Important Safety Tips
-
Pre-Conversation Protocol: Before initiating a direct message (DM) with another user, reply to their comment with the word “DM” to confirm you’re engaging from a trusted source. This step helps prevent scams and ensures transparency.
-
Beware of Scammers: Scammers often operate silently through DMs without prior verification. If someone reaches out to you via DM without a “DM” comment on their post, exercise caution—they may not be legitimate.
